All catalogue compounds are sourced through a single vetted manufacturing partner and shipped lyophilised. Each consignment is held under cold-chain conditions at the Newport facility until it is packed for dispatch.
What our supplier has tested.
Some of the raw material we buy has been analysed by Janoshik Analytical for our manufacturing partner. We hold sixteen of those certificates, covering ten of the compound families in the catalogue. Each reports a measured amount and an HPLC purity figure for the supplier's material. They are not identity tests, we did not commission them, and they do not correspond to any individual vial. Most of the catalogue is not covered at all.
Made up to order.
Pens, cartridges and nasal sprays are made up to order at the Newport bench from the same compounds we stock as vials, rather than held as finished stock. Orders are packed and dispatched by hand from the same address, lyophilised, and tracked from dispatch.
