Register for an account, then join in a moment from your account page. Your personal code and share link are ready straight away — no application, no approval, no waiting to be picked.
Share your code
Send it to anyone. When they check out using it, they get 5% off the product subtotal of their order — shipping and a small number of exempt items are not included. You cannot use your own code on your own order.
Earn store credit
You earn 5% of what they actually pay for those products, back as credit on your account. It builds up across every friend who orders, up to £250 a month.
Any account holder. No approval needed.
There is no application and no cohort. If you have an Optimal Lab account, you can join — whether you have ordered once or order every month. You do not need an audience, a channel, or a business.
Share & Earn is its own thing. Joining it does not make you an Optimal Ambassador or an Optimal Wholesaler — those are separate, applied programmes with their own terms.
Held 30 days, then yours for 3 months.
Credit is held for 30 days after your friend’s order is complete, then it is available to spend for 3 months. You can earn up to £250 in credit a month across all your referrals.
Spend it at checkout when you are paying by cash on collection or PayPal. It can only be spent with us, and it is never paid out as cash.
Nothing here is hidden in small print.
You cannot refer yourself
Your own code will not apply to your own order.
What the 5% is calculated on
Their 5% off is taken on the product subtotal of their order — shipping and a small number of exempt items are not included. Your 5% is earned on that order subtotal after the discount, excluding shipping.
If their order is refunded
Your credit is reduced to match. If the order is cancelled, the credit is taken back in full.
Unusual activity pauses a code
If a code sees 20 or more redemptions within 24 hours, we pause it while we check for misuse.
Credit is credit, not cash
It can only be spent with us, and it is never paid out as cash.
It does not stack
A Share & Earn code cannot be combined with an Optimal Ambassador discount code or Optimal Wholesaler partner pricing on the same order.
