Shipping

All catalogue orders ship from the lab's Newport facility by Royal Mail Tracked24 with age-verification on receipt. Lyophilised compounds are dispatched in tamper-evident padded mailers; cold-pack is included where the compound's stability data calls for it.

1. Dispatch schedule

  • Dispatch days: Tuesday to Friday, after the day's QC release sign-off.
  • Order cut-off: 12:00 GMT for same-day dispatch where stock and QC permit.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays dispatch the next working day.

2. Carrier and tracking

  • Royal Mail Tracked24 + Age Verification — the default service.
  • Estimated transit: 24–72 hours to most UK postcodes after dispatch.
  • Tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected. Account holders see tracking on their order in the account dashboard.
  • A signature from someone 18 or older is required on delivery; the postwoman or postman will check ID.

3. Shipping cost

  • Collection from the Newport lab: free. Bring photo ID at handover.
  • UK delivery (ambient): £5.95 Royal Mail Tracked24 + AV.
  • UK delivery (chilled): £15 Royal Mail Tracked24 + AV with an ice pack inside an insulated pouch — applies automatically when the cart contains any nasal spray, pen, or cartridge. Mixed carts (chilled + ambient) ship at the chilled rate.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £250 (post-discount subtotal). Applies to both ambient and chilled tiers.
  • International: postage is quoted after the order lands and invoiced separately by Paul before dispatch (see section 4).

4. Where we ship

  • United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland.
  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man: by arrangement — pick the international option at checkout and Paul will quote postage.
  • International: available at launch via a separate-payment-link flow. At checkout the cart shows the product subtotal only; the order lands with shipping marked as "quoted after order", Paul fetches a carrier quote (Royal Mail Tracked International or equivalent), and you receive a separate payment link by email. Dispatch happens once the shipping invoice is paid.

5. Packaging

  • Lyophilised vials only — reconstituted product never ships.
  • Vials in moulded foam inserts, in a tamper-evident outer mailer.
  • Cold-pack added where the compound's stability profile requires it (e.g. NAD+ in solution at low temperature).
  • Each parcel carries the lab's research-use compliance notice and a QR-linked copy of the lot's certificate of analysis.

6. If it goes wrong

  • Delayed: Royal Mail reaches the recipient with most parcels inside 72 hours. If a tracked parcel has not arrived 7 working days after dispatch, we will treat it as lost and reship at no charge.
  • Damaged on arrival: photograph the parcel and contents within 48 hours and contact us. See the returns policy.
  • Refused / undeliverable: If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused or age verification failed, we will email you. A reshipment attracts a fresh shipping charge.
