Event ticket terms
These terms apply to every ticket bought for "Ronnie Coleman comes to Newport" ("the event"). By buying a ticket you agree to them. They sit alongside, and do not replace, your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
Tickets are sold by Gane Structures Ltd, trading as Optimal Lab ("we", "us"), based in Newport, South Wales. Registered company details are available on request from hello@optimallab.co.uk.
2. The event
- Date and time: Tuesday 10 November 2026, 6pm to 9pm.
- Place: Newport. The venue is to be confirmed and is expected to be the Celtic Manor Resort. We will email every ticket holder once it is confirmed.
- There are 300 tickets in total.
3. Buying tickets
- Tickets cost £50 each. There is no booking fee.
- There is no limit per person while tickets remain.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout. We do not store card details; payment is handled by a third-party processor.
- Your contract with us is formed when your payment is successfully taken. Your ticket numbers are then sent to you by email.
4. Your ticket
- Bring your confirmation email, printed, on the night.
- The ticket is held in the name on the booking.
- You will be given a wristband at the door, which you will need to re-enter the venue.
- If you lose your confirmation email, contact us and we will reissue it.
5. No change-of-mind refunds
Tickets for a leisure event on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means we cannot refund or exchange a ticket because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights in section 6.
6. If we cancel, postpone or move the event
- If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
- If we reschedule the event or move it to a different venue and you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, provided you tell us within 14 days of our notice to you.
- If Ronnie Coleman is unable to appear for reasons outside our control, we will offer you a refund of the ticket price.
- Confirming the venue (currently to be confirmed) is not a change of venue.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
7. Transfers and resale
- To change the name on a booking, email us before 10 November 2026.
- Reselling a ticket above its face value voids the ticket, and we may refuse entry without refund.
8. Ages
- Under-16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Everyone attending needs a ticket, whatever their age.
9. On the night
- Admission is subject to these terms and to the venue's own rules.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in an unsafe or abusive way, without refund.
- You may be searched in line with the venue's policy.
- The running order is a guide and may change.
- A meet and greet is included with every ticket as time allows. We cannot promise every guest will be reached.
- You may take photos on your own device as time allows.
10. Photography and filming
The event may be filmed and photographed for promotion. If you would rather not be featured, tell a member of staff on the night.
11. Merchandise
Ronnie's signed items and merchandise are sold separately by a third party. Their terms apply to those purchases, not these.
12. The £10 website code
- £10 off an order of £50 or more on the Optimal Lab website.
- One £10 code per order, single use, valid until 31 December 2026.
- Can't be used on event tickets.
- Codes have no cash value.
- If an order is refunded, its code becomes void.
13. Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- We are not liable for lost personal items, except where caused by our negligence.
- If the event is cancelled, our liability is limited to a refund of the ticket price.
14. Your data
How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
15. Contact
Email hello@optimallab.co.uk for reissues, name changes, refunds or any other question about your ticket.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save that a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in the courts of their residence.
