UK-based, 18 or over. No business registration required.
You must be UK-based and 18 or over. You take part as an independent wholesale partner, not as our employee, agent, or legal partner. You place orders directly with us through the order channel agreed at onboarding, and each order is assessed on its own gross value — there’s no minimum order value. We may decline or limit an order at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable or an order raises a compliance concern.
Partner pricing is layered, per order, with no minimum.
Partner pricing isn’t a single flat discount — it’s calculated in layers, worked out per order, and there’s no minimum before it applies. A bigger order earns more of its value back, without you ever having to commit to a target to get there.
Layered, not cliff-edge
Each order’s discount is calculated in layers, the way income tax bands work. Reaching a threshold doesn’t move the whole order into a higher band — only the slice above it.
Per order, never cumulative
Orders are never added together to reach a higher band, and there’s no rolling or monthly spend target to chase.
No minimum order
Each order is assessed on its own gross value, so there is no threshold you have to clear before partner pricing applies at all.
Bands apply to the gross order value before delivery, exclusive of VAT — VAT is added at the prevailing rate where chargeable and shown separately on your invoice.
Your account, price bands, and these terms are reviewed together every 3 months — a standing conversation, not a renewal gate. Either side can ask for an earlier review at any time.

Every product supplied under the programme is sold strictly for laboratory research use, not for human or veterinary use. You accept them, and supply them onward, on that same basis.
In any marketing, stock listing, staff communication, or other content you control that references Optimal Lab products, you must present them as research compounds only, make no medical, therapeutic, performance, or body-composition claims, give no dosing or usage guidance, make no before/after or results claims, and never imply the products are safe or lawful for human consumption. You must comply with the Medicines and Human Use legislation administered by the MHRA and with all applicable advertising law.
From time to time we supply approved social media content for you to publish. Anything you publish about Optimal Lab beyond what we supply is your own opinion, published on your own responsibility — you carry the business and legal liability for it.
Social content that breaches these rules works through a three-strike system before it’s treated as a breach of these terms; supplying the products outside their research-use-only basis is an immediate breach, entitling us to suspend your account straight away. On reasonable notice we may ask you to confirm how you present and supply the products, and request evidence such as your own listings or marketing.
A genuine application, reviewed individually.
We take on a small number of partners at a time and review every application individually — including how you intend to supply the products onward, since the research-use-only basis above passes down to your own customers.
